    Payment of rental indemnifies the lessor Jannie le Roux Familie Trust, Family and Empolyees, of any liability for injury and damages incurred by the deponent, lessee and/or anu person(s) occupying, visiting or entering the property at 29 Protea street, Onrus River. These deponents accept full responsibility for all individuals occupying and/or entering the said premises.

    All bookings are subject to the owner’s ultimate and sole discretion.
